Meet Me Out In Paris (Single)

Let Gabrielle’s vocals and lyrics sweep you to Paris, the City of Love. Inspired by her travels, she wrote a song about its romantic air, and how it can make you fall for the person you travel to Paris with.

Tatakau (Fight On) (Single)

This Japanese pop rock song is inspired by anime openings. The lyrics, sung by Japanese singer Yuuko Sings, tell of a warrior who fights to protect the one he loves to create a better world - no matter how dirtied his hands become.

Jazz Standards, Vol. 1 (EP)

Gabrielle Gillen collaborates with pianist Nathan Tatsuta to cover jazz standards “Stella by Starlight” and “No More Blues,” as well as an original tune, “Blue.”

Anime Cappella, Vol. I (Album)

Gabrielle Gillen covers popular Japanese songs featured in anime like Chainsaw Man and Spy X Family, in a cappella form. Enjoy her take on songs like “Cry Baby” and “Heart wa Oteage.”

Robin’s Flight (Single)

Written for a family friend’s newborn son, this piece explores multi-cultural genres in the form of a classical-inspired lullaby. Musical themes evoke the joy of childhood and raising a child, with the main leitmotif symbolizing the child’s eventual leaving of the nest. Featuring Amber Correa on the violin, Trieu-Minh Phan on the piano, and Gabrielle Gillen on the guitar.

California Christmas (Single)

Written in the 9th Grade, this song is a fun perspective on Christmas for habitants of Southern California. You can find the original video from 2015 here. Featuring students of the Orange County School of the Arts.

Forever (Single)

Written in 12th Grade, “Forever” is a bittersweet bossa nova song about love and memory. It is from the perspective of an old woman who recalls her youth and the days spent with her love. However, she can only remember him when she hears their song, and when it’s over, she forgets him.

Girl With the Red Umbrella (Single)

“Girl With the Red Umbrella” was written during covid. Gabrielle explored the theme of inspiration and writing music to help others in their lives. Through the titular character, we see someone who appears confident but wears a façade to hide who they used to be. The singer changes from wanting to be that girl to wanting to help her, deciding to write this song as a way to reach out to her.

It’s Raining (Single)

Gabrielle Gillen collaborated with producer and singer-songwriter kstab for this cover of “It’s Raining” by Korean musician Vincent Blue.

Dream

Gabrielle Gillen lent her voice to kstab’s remix of Johnny Mercer’s “Dream (When You’re Feeling Blue)” in his album “Let The World In.”

Rose Tea (Single)

Gabrielle Gillen worked with singer-songwriter Spirited A Rey, singing with Rosemarie Hernandez. In “Rose Tea,” the singers reminisce on the past while in a sensory landscape of streaming rivers and sweeping breezes.

A Hot Cup of Justice

Gabrielle Gillen composed the score for Keefer Blakeslee’s short film, “Hot Cup of Justice,” including the song “In The Rain.”
