Secondary Education
In 2023, Gabrielle completed a dual degree in Music and Marketing from the Wharton School of Business of the University of Pennsylvania. Gabrielle is pursuing a Masters in classical guitar at La Haute École de Musique Valais in Switzerland. She has since had world premiere concerts in Valais showcasing new compositions for guitar and string ensemble, such as “The Lighthouse,” “At Journey’s End,” and “Overture d’amour.” Her guitar quartet has also premiered new compositions such as “The Storm,” “Hoedown,” and “Sunflower.”
Webcomic Work
Her passion for storytelling has driven her to work on projects like her webcomic “Color Me Yours.” She continues to post episodes bi-weekly on Webtoon and Webcomics.

Gabrielle Gillen is a musician, composer, writer, and webcomic creator from Orange County, California.
Music
Gabrielle began writing music at an early age, playing piano and singing at 8 years old. She took up guitar and attended the Orange County School of the Arts, further composing for guitar ensemble, mixed chamber, and orchestra. She has scored student projects like “Hot Cup of Justice” and “Bachelors at Penn.” Notable pieces she has written include “Robin’s Flight” and “Where The Wind Blows.”
Gabrielle garnered experience in a cappella while at the University of Pennsylvania in the all-female group Quaker Notes. Gabrielle learned arranging for voice
She currently manages a YouTube channel under her name, with a focus on a cappella covers of anime music. Her original songs like “Meet Me Out in Paris” and “Girl With the Red Umbrella” can be found on Spotify. Gabrielle’s latest music album, “Beginnings of Love,” is out on all major streaming services.
